On some occasions, you may find that some of your previously connected assets and financial institution have been disconnected.

This happens when a user's password and/or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) information connected to a financial institution has changed. The users will need to reauthorize Cova to pull information from their accounts by reconnecting disconnected accounts.

What may have happened?🤔

  • You changed the passwords connected to the accounts.
  • You changed the multi-factor authentication or 2-factor authentication associated with the accounts.
  • The financial institution updated its security protocols.

What you should do🤓

  • Reauthorize Cova to pull information from your financial institution by clicking on the disconnected assets/financial institution and providing a one-time password, as seen below.👇
